Returns
- You can return an item within 2 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Returns are only accepted for unworn clothing, footwear, and accessories that are free from stains, perfume, or damage.
- Some items, such as underwear, swimwear, and custom-made items, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or store credit, depending on your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or colour, you can exchange the item within 2 days.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or store credit.
How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number and details of the item you want to return.
- Drop off the item at our store or send it via courier at your own cost.
- We will process your return within 3-5 business days after receiving the item.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
